Enterprise includes everything in Business plus an annual company evidence program. It requires an independence, evidence and capacity review because the client may also be the subject of the work. Evidence Readiness begins only after the applicable issuer and counsel protocol is cleared.

Business access uses named seats for authorized organization users. Credentials may not be shared. An organization administrator may request a seat reassignment or revocation, and N-Ledger may revoke access for misuse. Access ends when the entitlement ends, subject to any dated end-of-term archive included in the agreement.

The client keeps a dated archive of work delivered during the term. Live updates and access to the continuing evidence record require renewal. Underlying source materials remain subject to their source rights and are not redistributed wholesale.

Public Reader is the correct access level for a free account. Public research does not require an account, and creating one does not enroll you in a paid membership.

Every material update is dated and assigned a version. Copy corrections, factual corrections, evidence updates, thesis revisions and new research periods remain distinguishable in the publication history.
