STRATEGIC EVIDENCE MEASUREMENT · FOR COMPANIES

Measure the evidence behind your most important strategic initiatives.

N-Ledger establishes the baseline, defines the evidence that should emerge and independently tracks what subsequent public disclosures establish. These scoped engagements are separate from research memberships and begin only after an independence review.

SEE THE WORK

Inspect the samples before you scope an engagement.

The service-sample showroom presents real headlines, decision questions and evidence tables as readable web content. The complete CrowdStrike packet is open; deeper examples are shared after a short purpose check.

BEFORE A QUOTE

We screen the conflict before a fee is discussed.

  1. Identify the parties. Who is paying, and which company is the subject?
  2. Measure the tradeoff. What public coverage would pause, and is the engagement worth giving it up?
  3. Record the decision. Accept, accept with a stated suspension, or decline before sending a quote.

Coverage after an engagement

Coverage may resume in the following quarter, after the next earnings event. The immediate earnings cycle is skipped, and resumed work starts with subsequent public news. It uses only public sources dated after the engagement closed. Confidential information never enters the public record, regardless of time passed.

Founding reference rights

The founding postmortem rate includes permission for an anonymized case description: sector, approximate company size, deliverable and one non-identifying finding. Reference calls are requested separately. A named case study is optional, requested only after delivery, and published only with client confirmation of the exact wording.

Evidence and source rights

N-Ledger conclusions, classifications and derived measurements are N-Ledger work. Underlying filings, transcripts, presentations and other source materials remain subject to their source rights. They are cited and summarized as permitted, not redistributed wholesale.

End-of-term access

At the end of an Enterprise or standalone engagement, the client receives a dated archive of the work delivered during the term. Live updates and access to the continuing evidence record require an active renewal.
